London: 7th December 2016 Ross Carson has been appointed to the role of customer service director of Assurant Europe.
Ross will be part of the Executive Committee for Europe and will based at Assurant’s European headquarters in the UK reporting to Andy Morris in his new role. Ross’ leadership experience within European and global business-to-business service providers spans more than 20 years. He has played a pivotal role in the organisation since 2007 when he was appointed head of operations for Lifestyle Services Group, which was acquired by Assurant in 2013. He was promoted to director of operations of Assurant Europe in 2013. In this role, Ross directed innovative improvement programmes across all aspects of Assurant’s contact centre functions in Europe.
