Combined GAP insurance


Our RAC combined return to invoice and financial shortfall GAP Insurance offers your customers protection in the event their vehicle suffers a total loss situation. The combined cover will pay the amount between purchase price of the vehicle and the road risk insurers’ settlement, or the difference between the road risk insurers’ settlement and the outstanding finance on the vehicle.

Tyre and alloy wheel insurance

With tyre and alloy wheel insurance your customer can keep their wheels in pristine condition for up to 36 months, covering the alloys in the event of scuffs and scrapes. The RAC Approved vehicle preparation standard

In order to achieve a consistent minimum level of vehicle preparation for Approved Dealers, we provide an 82 point preparation standard. In addition to giving you and your customer confidence in the high quality and safety check of the vehicle, it also provides you and your customer with agreed documentation which can be printed and held on file as an important reference point.

An accredited code

When you become an RAC Approved Dealer your business works to a code that is Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) approved, a not-for-profit organisation that ensures trading standards are being met for consumers. Alongside the RAC brand, the CTSI stamp of approval offers that extra reassurance to your customers!
