Assurant Solutions is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Broadhead as its new Risk Director.
In his new position Mark will lead the company’s risk, audit and compliance team. He will be responsible for ensuring that the business’ systems and control regimes continue to be fit for purpose, and that the company continuously meets and sets the industry’s regulatory standards in a challenging environment. Mark will also be responsible for forging a relationship with the Financial Conduct Authority to ensure that our business has a voice on relevant debates.

Mark, who is a qualified solicitor, has over 25 years’ experience in the legal and regulatory industry. Mark joins the business from Barbon Insurance Group where he was Chief Risk Officer. Prior to this he worked as a partner for Royal London Group and AWD Chase de Vere as Legal and Regulatory Director.
