PRODUCT INFORMATION

Service Plus, put simply, is a hybrid of a Warranty and Service Plan. Whether your customer’s vehicle is brand new or up to 10 years old, Service Plus provides them with the financial planning benefits of a Service Plan combined with the extra reassurance of a Warranty.

How does it work? We'll take you through it step by step.

Step 1

Good news – your customer books their vehicle in with you for a service.

Step 2

They arrive on the day and have heard about Service Plus and, even better news, they decide to take out a plan.

Step 3

The first payment of the plan is the cost of the initial full service carried out.

Step 4

Any mandatory work advised at the time of service must be paid for in addition to the cost of the plan.

Step 5

The plan then consists of 10 monthly payments to cover the cost of the next full service and to active the warranty cover.

Step 6

If following the first service, a covered part fails to perform its function, the customer is covered up to the claim amount.

Step 7

When the customer's next service is due on their vehicle, they have already paid meaning no lump sum payment is required.
