Assurant Solutions have today announced it has appointed Lorenzo Frediani as President of its French business. This appointment represents the next phase of integration following the company’s 2014 acquisition of CWI, a market leading mobile administrator in France. Frediani assumes the role from Julien Naquet, who founded and managed CWI and who will continue to support the business as a consultant.
Frediani, a French national, has extensive experience in senior roles within the insurance sector across Europe and the US. He will lead the team in France, building on the strong foundation CWI has established over the last 14 years.
Frediani states: “While we continue to build on our capabilities within the French mobile market, I am excited to bring the Assurant Solutions’ products, services and excellent customer experience to our connected consumers and partners in the mobile, retail and the banking sectors. Building on mobile protection products for the retail industry, insurance offers for banks and credit card providers and affinity offers to original equipment manufacturers and utility providers, we will now have the ability to introduce new offers highly relevant to the French market, while ensuring our highly skilled team based in Aix-en-Provence helps French customers protect what matters most to them.”
Andy Morris, Chief Marketing Officer of Assurant Solutions Europe comments: “The expertise, knowledge and experience that Lorenzo brings will be a real asset as we move forward with our development strategy to grow the Assurant Solutions business in France.”
Chris Harrison, President and CEO of Assurant Solutions Europe comments: “I am looking forward to working with Lorenzo as we continue to deliver market-leading mobile phone insurance products and services across France and expand our offerings throughout the region.”
